I have been trying to upload pictures of Grace's birthday for a few days now, but it won't do it for me.
She had a wonderful 7
th birthday and had a fun little party with family. Some of my family was here to help with Claire, so we used the time to celebrate Grace's birthday as well. She wanted a tea party theme, so we played pin the flower on the teacup and made cute place mats and my sister made some awesome cakes in the shape of teacups. All very well illustrated by pictures that won't upload.
Anyway, we had a good time. We are all back to normal and making our way through the day. At Claire's 2 week, she was 7lb, 6oz and 20.5 inches. She is growing and always eating. We are loving the warm weather we have here and are always on the lookout for new cats!
Olivia is a great big sister and tries to help everyday. She and Jed are still buddies and making new plans everyday to rid the world of the pesky cats.
Grace is truly a great helper and holds a screaming Claire while I get dinner on the table. She is a super star reader and is starting Little House on the Prairie. She also loves anything American Girl.
Jed is now in love with building new things with Lego's. He likes to make the kit at first and then build his own things after it gets destroyed. Mostly they are vehicles with guns or dragons. He makes his daddy proud.
Cute baby foot. Claire is growing and was up to 9 lbs. almost 2 weeks ago. She hates the car seat if she is awake, but loves to go for stroller rides just reclining. She wakes up around 6 every morning wanting to be in our bed. After she gets in bed, she goes right back to sleep.
He cheeks are getting super chubby and I just want to eat them. She is not shy about crying and getting really mad really fast if not seen to right away. We love her and are so glad she is here and healthy.
