Well, not technically a real baby, but a baby dog. Chris came home from Wal-mart yesterday with a new little dog. He was free(what else do you expect from a Wal-mart parking lot), but he is VERY sweet and we have had a great time with him so far. He has been named Captain Jack, as in Pirates of the Caribbean, since we love pirates now a days.
The kids love him, we were doubting our selves on the wisdom of this decision, but after a full day with him and the kids outpouring of love, we are quite happy.
He even fascinates Olivia, which is helpful for me, with her new found freedom of movement.
